I felt very uncomfortable with this because she basically exposed my personal information to the other customers in the bank. For example she asked for my id then yelled my address out loud (as if she couldn't just confirm it with my id laying on the table in front of her). I wish I could give no stars. I've been a customer of U.S. Bank for over 10 years. Recently they…read morelet two checks get cashed for a second time. The checks were first cashed over a year ago. They acknowledged to me over the phone that they don't have a system for detecting whether a check has already been cashed. Therefore, they stated that they would theoretically cash a check an unlimited number of times. I was shocked! I now have to file a fraud claim through them to get the money back from the checks that they let go through twice. It could take up to a month for me to be refunded the money from their mistake. Once this is resolved I'll close my account. I did file a complaint against them with the Federal Reserve.
