I faced difficulties with the exercises and willingly opted to restart on day one to address my shortcomings in completing specific objectives. On round two of day one, I was more confident handling the motorcycle. It was beneficial to have Nathan and Cici again, as they were familiar with my challenges and provided tailored coaching for improvement. Progressing to day two, I achieved many objectives for what Nathan aptly called the "Talent Show." (Skills Test) I now feel confident and capable of safely operating the motorcycle. A positive aspect is that retaking the class is free. So, putting aside ego and pride and approaching the experience with a smile and a willingness to learn can lead to a fantastic outcome. The key is to focus on building solid foundations to comprehend the hazards of the road and effectively navigate emergencies. This positive learning experience took place in Melbourne, FL. Our son scored pretty low on the standardized testing for first grade at the start of the year, but at the mid year testing, he had gone up another level and by the end of the school year, up 2 more! The last 2 quarters of the school year is achieved A's on his report cards and he's now testing at the next grade level for reading and by doing so has elevated his math scores too! I called and left a voicemail letting them know and sent an email that my new card would be received in the next few days. We missed 3 weeks cause my son was sick in the hospital. So we had time banked, so there should be no problem. Something THEY CONFIRMED! My mother, a 78 year old woman, went in the day our payment should have been paid. The day I left a detailed message and sent an email giving them a heads up and asking them to reach out to me. The front desk lady, I believe her name was Brook she told my mom our card was declining in front of numerous other patrons. When my mom told her I emailed and called and I could call her back cause I was in a meeting. She responded with, "when we need that payment?" she embarrassed my mother in front of numerous patrons. My mom left very upset and that crap was not necessary. Then I called and put her in her place. She gave a half apology. The owner told me many people were defaulting on payments and she was frustrated. For 6 months we had no issue and I gave them a heads up. The fact that the owner stood 10 toes down on bad behavior. We finished out the month and pulled our membership. My son more in summer camp, but the weekly session he learned nothing but Pokemon. Don't waste your money here, there are much better programs with better people. Word to the owner be smarter with how you treat paying customers.
