Like 2 dollar skewers and 5 for 10 skewers or 5 dollar papaya salad or 5 dollar big jug/cup of freshly pressed sugar cane juice or another favorite of mine coconut juice. I reccomend trying skewers and if you like spicy, the papaya salad will burn your mouth and your insides but its definitely a good funky spicy kick. Everyone comes and drinks lots of beer and all the foods accommodate alcohol well. I think you can bring your own drinks but they also sell beer there too. It can get hot so wear light clothes and bring a light jacket in case it might rain or get windy. Some ppl bring umbrellas haha. Before you get to the streets though, you must fend for yourself in the labyrinthian lot and hope that some of God's goodness rubbed off on the people already on the main lanes so they'll let you through. - The kids room is like the school gym that doubles as an auditorium, but in this case, it's also a cafeteria, and everything is happening all at once. Kids are running laps along the perimeter of the room; teenagers are on their phone; the speakers are having issues; there's something crunchy in the crevice of your seat...It's a zoo. The church is small enough for everyone to know you, and you are quickly part of the family. You'll be warmly greeted and greatly welcome from the moment you arrive. But I think the most important thing I can point to is the difference it has made in our lives. Adults grow more confident and joyful, but the impact on our kids has been the real phenomenon. We invest very heavily in our kids, because they hold the future. We pour teaching into them and prepare them to approach life confidently in ways I haven't seen anywhere else. For example, we typically send 18-20 teens to summer camp at CFNI, at the church's expense, which is no small expense. Not just our kids, but their friends and cousins and such too. We send preteens and smaller children to a related day camp, and when our kids age out of the teen program, many go on to attend as adults assisting the older leaders during the camp. This has gone on for more than 10 years, and many of our youth have even attended CFNI as students. My own son became our youth leader for five years, as several others have done previously. We also have youth takeovers about 4 times a year, where the youth deliver the service, leading praise and worship, even delivering the sermon. The confidence we routinely see in our youth is amazing. Three youth or young adults each teach a third of the sermon. Have you ever seen a shy 14-year-old girl stand in front of a church full of adults and confidently preach for 25 minutes? I know where you can. Many of our youth volunteer to run the sound board or video systems or play in the band or sing. Some learn instruments there. If you have kids, you know how the world tries to pull them away at every turn. Come and see what it looks like when adults pour God's Word into their kids, preparing them to stand upright and face the world. The change will astound you.

Anyways, I attended this Church for the 1st time two weeks ago. HOLY COW! I walked in this building and on the very first worship song I felt the Holy Spirit in this place so strongly that I began to weep uncontrollably. Then the Associate Pastor ( I think ) got up there and delivered the perfect end of the year message. I couldn't wait to go back and see if this was a one off or really real. So I attended the very next Sunday and it was equally as good as the Sunday before. The worship was once again amazing then the Lead Pastor, once again got up there delivered the perfect message on stating the year off right. 3:20 my friend. I have never decided to join a church so quick in my life. I've signed up for the membership class and I can't wait to start serving in some capacity.
