Went above and beyond. Easy to schedule. Discovered bursted pipes that were hidden behind drywall ceilings in a basement that I would've never seen had it not been for there infrared technology. Thankfully this was all resolved by the sellers prior to closing. The price of the inspection was better than the other 2 I called. read more

Two things were missed in my report by Mark: a nail through the circuit wire of my stove outlet that caused my power to go out and a completely detached spigot (seen in picture).
