We would have mud puddles for days after a heavy rain. Our wonders were constantly getting sick from either running in the standing water or drinking from it, and we constantly had to go to the vet for them. It also caused so many bug and mosquito problems every summer, that we never wanted to even sit outside. Well Haro fixed all of that!!! They regraded the yard, put in a French drain, and laid down new sod for such a reasonable price. (We did get 3 other quotes by reputable companies in the area, but they wanted much more for way less services). Haro fit us into their schedule pretty quickly and were done in a day and a half. Our yard is able to be used all the time by us and the dogs. It had been 3 months, and we have not had to make a trip to the vet and the mosquitoes have almost disappeared. We are able to let the dog run around an hour after it rains and have fun without being worried about them getting into mud! We can sit outside at night and enjoy the fire or hot tub without being eaten alive. Everyone at Haro was so nice and easy to work with. I would 1000% use them again and recommend them for their services.

Within 1 week we noticed that one out our bushes was leaning and losing color and browning. After calling Paradise Lanscaping, they instructed us to give the bush more water and put stakes down to feed the bush. We had already been doing so! The other 3 bushes that were next to the dying bush were doing fine, it was just this one in question!! Here we are just under a month of getting the work done and the densi yew bush we purchased with Paradise Landscaping is DEAD. Once confirming with a local nursery company about the conditions of the densi yew bush, they also REITERATED that this bush should NOT have been purchased in the first place! Therefore, I made another attempt to call the owner of Paradise Landscaping (Joe) to see if he could replace the bush since it DIED before 30 days, however; Joe said he could not do anything because it is my responsibility to maintain the bushes. That was an insult. Paradise landscaping brought me a dead bush and refused to do anything about it! I expected better customer service from a local company, not so! Beware!

By the end of the summer, much of the sand had completely washed away, and steps that were "repaired" have completely come loose and are actually WORSE (as in, the entire step of bricks has broken off as opposed to the single loose brick that was the original issue) now than before we had the "repair" work done. Jason assured my husband and I that they would return in the spring to re-sand and take a look at the loose steps. Once we touched base earlier this spring, Jason told us they would be out mid/end of May...nothing. After multiple attempts to reach out, he finally responded and said they would be out the first week of June...again, nothing. Multiple text messages have been sent and left unanswered. So not only are they not coming during the timeframes given, Jason doesn't seem to have the courtesy or professionalism to communicate that they will or will not be coming during the timeframes he originally said. Disappointing to spend this amount of money, with the assurance that they could improve our pavers, and receive such poor customer service when addressing issues related to the job. Also worth noting is that after I left a Google review sharing our frustrations with this company, Jason responded with egregious, defamatory statements. There's nothing high-class about this company whatsoever. Absolutely disgraceful.

The worker arrived om time and worked for approximately two hours. He charged me $112 which was a very fair price for raking all my leaves. The gentleman who raked the leaves was professional, pleasant and did a great job. I also would be interested to know if Reeser offers seasonal lawn cutting/trimming services. The company I am currently using is not doing a very good job and is not reliable.
