I gave it a few minutes- when the car wash did not reset I drove away because I had an appointment to get to. As I drove away I called the office and he said I could come back and get a "free wash" ( you mean the one I already paid for?), or $14 in cash in the mail, or a coupon in the mail- he could not refund the money I just gave him back to my card. I said just send me the cash- that was a week ago..... There have been multiple problems with this location previous times but never have I lost my money- this is super irritating. Are you kidding me??? You rude jerk!!! The wash did not time me out!!! My sign said wash in use the WHOLE time I sat there!!! You even said the guy in front of me had the same exact issue!!! Today I opted for the ultimate wash, even though I can never tell the difference, there always seems to be residue left behind or dead bugs lingering on my front end. Either way I'm sure I'll be back, it's convenient, quick even if the line of cars extends to Lorain and they offer the best vacuum suction on the west side!
