They have a spot before the bay that you can do your windshield (bug wash) and wheel wash. I didn't bother with those so I can't comment on them. I went to the window and gave my car wash ticket. The employee was really friendly and explained how it worked. Drove around the corner to the wash bay and was directed into the wash. The employee there was really friendly as well. I saw vacuums to the right of the wash bay. It's soft cloth washes which is nice. The dryer is very strong but my car was still bit wet when I left but it dried while driving home. I can't complain about a free wash. I was thankful since my car was so dirty. Haha

There was a long, long line when I went, but with three self-payment terminals the line consistently moved. The terminals were super easy to use and take credit card. There was a staff person to direct you into the wash which I think is important and is one reason I never use unattended gas station car washes - I don't trust myself to not mess up my tire when lining up with the track that pulls your car through. So that was a plus and the staff person sprayed down the rear of the car with a power washer hose. There are a lot of add ons on the car wash offers when you buy a single wash. For example, I chose the 2nd level wash ($13) because compared to the lowest level wash ($10) the 2nd level included bottom cleaning. However as I was checking out I was prompted to pay an additional $2 for a higher pressure bottom cleaning. Usually, I'm all for upsells, but in this case I think it undermines the wash. I would much rather just pay $15 than $13 plus $2. When would I ever want half as good a job done on my car? I love the idea of a membership, and the prices of those here are fair in my opinion. The only thing that kept me from giving a 4 and from signing up for a membership was that the blow dryers as usual did not do a 100% perfect job. If there was just a staff person to dry that would be perfect and I'd sign up for a membership for sure. In the summer, not a huge issue to pull off to the side and do it yourself, but in the winter...

This place is hard enough to find, hidden behind closed Mexican restaurant Mi Pollo. It's also…read morelacking a lot of features that other do-it-yourself car washes have--particularly, a countdown timer (or audible warning that time is running out) and a beep or other audio signal confirming each quarter you deposit. Instead, there's a little note by the coin slot warning you to wait 1 second between depositing quarters. And if you screw up? There is no way for the machine to return your money, so you either have to pony up more quarters or else you are SOL. It costs $2.50 to get the initial four minute wash and there's no indication that adding quarters beyond that amount adds to your time. The car wash tools are also substandard. The length of tube for the foaming brush is short, making it difficult to reach the front of the car. The machine is also limited to basic Rinse, Soap, Foaming Brush, and Wax functions. I don't often go beyond those choices, though I did miss the Spot Free Rinse. The only plus I can think of is that the change machine, along with vending machines for Armor All, towels, etc., is inside a little room in the middle of the structure. So if it's raining...then why are you washing your car?

I had the occasion, after moving into the area, to use the facilities. I had driven by frequently…read moreand finally entered the car wash after church on a Sunday morning. Unfortunately, when I did so, the facilities malfunctioned. And after a brief spray of water, i left as it stopped. I was disappointed and thought that I had made a mistake. However, when I looked them up on line, and sent the email to the website, I learned that they had already refunded my credit card. That spoke volumes to me, as I counted it as a loss. Simultaneous with the credit card refund, Tom, the manager of the facility called me and invited me to come by, at my convenience, for a free wash and offered to show me how it worked. He avised me that it was on their cameras and sorry to tell me, it was human error. I had even considered that on my part. He arranged, at my convenience to come by on my way to work and he showed me how to utilize the wash, at their cost. He could not have been more considerate, and I was extremely apprecitative about his time in making me completely whole when I had written off the price of the car wash. I will definately go back, and I thank Tom and North Olmsted Laser Wash, for their awesome customer service and a wash of my car, which was a month overdue, and very much in need of an awesome car wash. I highly recommend them, if you don't already utilize them. If you are even slightly hesitant, just look for his gray truck sticking out at the back of the carwash.
