Not sure if my American accent made it difficult for her to comprehend some of the questions I asked her, but she was still nice and courteous towards us. Basically everything I asked her, her reply was, "yes it is good." PRICE: So their burgers were a little pricey... about $15 - $20 for a burger, however, the quality was great and their buns are Gluten Free!! Totally worth the price. The burgers did not come with sides so you do pay extra for fries. FOOD: My boyfriend ate the Kangaroo burger which he enjoyed. He had no complaints at all. I had their Black and White Burger which was their beef burger. It was a bit messy to eat so towards the end I had to use a knife and fork to finish it. The egg and tomato relish just got deliciously messy. ATMOSPHERE: It's a nice casual spot to enjoy a burger. Walk in, order at the counter and they bring the food to you. There's a nice view of Bondi beach and you can choose to eat either inside or outside their restaurant. Perfect setting in that area. I'm definitely we ran into this place while cruising Bondi Beach. Definitely a great spot to have a burger!!!

After looking over their menu, I ordered the 200g Gippsland Eye Fillet steak cooked medium rare with chargrilled broccolini and added 3 chili garlic prawns. The steak was well prepared as were the prawns and vegetables. The food and service was excellent, but this was the only location during my trip where I was asked for gratuity which I've read was not customary in Australia. The interior is clubby and comfortable but we opted to enjoy the views from the terrace. I had a very tasty (and large) burger and the Nister had fish and chips. We ordered the surf n turf, thinking it would offer us a nice combo of what they had to offer. We also ordered a sausage on the side. When we asked how the surf n turf was prepared, they did not mention that our entire meal would come stacked in a pile, doused in the most awful garlic butter sauce that tasted like curdled milk with no other flavor. I understand that the prawns are cooked in this sauce, but I didn't realize my entire meal would be covered in it. This completely ruined the fries, steak, salad, and side sausage that we ordered. It's as though they were trying to hide how flavorless and poorly cooked their steaks are by drenching them in spoiled milk. In addition to how revolting our meal tasted, the customer service was even worse. We let the waitress know that we were not expecting our meal to come out as it did and that there was a dairy allergy at the table - she gaslit us into thinking she warned us about the spoiled milk sauce that would drown every other item on the plate.
