At one point I presented a uniqueness to my case with a circumstance he had never encountered. He immediately did some research was able to iron everything before I even left his office. Individualized approach: Seemingly small, but I felt is important to mention is how he sees each person as their own individual situation. I can see how it would be easy to treat each case with cookie-cutter methods, and only see the case, not the person behind it. John was there to help me as an individual person, and didn't just treat me like an anonymous case on his list. Perseverance: John was with me till the end. He always updated me, and made sure I knew what was going on during the entire process. He was diligent, and made sure that everything was completed until the very end, to ensure the best possible outcome for me. She told me that due to the injuries I sustained at the hands of an employee at a store when I was shopping, I would have to prove it was done on purpose. I stated there is video of what happened & whether or not someone tried to injury me on purpose or not is neither here nor there. I was injured. When someone crashes into your car & injures you, it doesn't have to be on purpose in order to get legal help. I also had a question regarding someone breaking HIPAA laws & I have a very strong case. It's fine that they don't do any HIPAA law cases, but when I asked what kind of an attorney I would need for this (because my research has shown it is a personal injury attorney, which this law firm states they do), she said she didn't know.
