It was a brand new credit card and the only people to have handled the card are the installer and myself. Fortunately, my credit card company coveed the charges but when I reported this to Empire, they apparently did an investigation without any input from me and decided no fraud occured and closed the ticket (without telling me). EMPIRE IS STILL USING THE SUBS and this is a warning to anyone in the Twin Cities area that Empire DOES NOT CARE they are using criminals to install their carpet.
