However, I have been in communication with Steve more this year. I've sent him pictures and reached out to him when I felt services were subpar. He has listened and responded. Yesterday our neighborhood had lawn cut and edging and thing look very nice today -- nicer than they have in prior years. Steve seems to be responding to my concerns, and I greatly appreciate that. I hope this trend continues and if Southwest is our Association lawn maintenance company next year, I hope they can do a better job in the spring. I am improving my rating to a 3 based on Steve's responsiveness this year, and will increase it later if things continue. Thanks!

He messaged me back within 30 minutes of sending the original message, even when he was working that day. He went over to my parents yard that evening and gave a real quote that was very reasonable. He already had a payment plan and structure given within the first couple of messages after the real estimate. He sent over the official quote, my parents approved and he got them on the schedule within the first week. Did a great job on the first week. He was also open to different plan options. Would recommend! There were many great options for lawn services in the area but he was very responsive and worked with what we needed for first time non-do it yourselfers as my parents are used to cutting their own lawn.

On happenstance I found Bayview & the owner Josh. He came straight out when I described my problem(s). He showed me pictures of his work and was eager to start. My grass at this point was past knee high. I told him what my past landscaper did to my yard and he replicated it perfectly. While I will miss my old landscaper dearly, Josh has filled the void.
