His phone message said to text him a photo of what needs to be removed, with the address, and I did. SEVEN MINUTES LATER on a Sunday night, I got a text back about his availability! INSTEAD, he surprised me by driving by the next day morning, and I had a price! (The OTHER junk removal places were still waiting to call me.) I said that I'd be at my house at noon, and the OWNER, Jim, was there at 12:10..! In fifteen minutes, he was done, paid, and I was a happy guy when I looked at my lawn and -- no pile of tree limbs and leaves! So, I said I would do a good review for him, and here it is. It is overpriced in the sense that you could obviously do it less by yourself/a friend with a truck and you may find a cheaper price by shopping around or going local. For this reason, I have changed my rating to 4 stars as customer service did clear up the confusion. My recommendation would be to get a FIRM quote before they move any of your stuff. If they cannot give a definite price, you have to at least get the maximum price they plan to charge before they start work. Be clear and direct with them and they will do the same.
