While there always seems to be new employees working, I've noticed they all make a decent effort when it comes to customer service. This store is great because they always run deals/sales. Whether you're shopping in-store or online, they're bound to have some shirts of your favorite cartoon, musician, or movie. They also have tons of other clothing like beanies, hoodies, pants, hats & glasses. The prints on their shirts are decent quality so they don't fade quickly & their sizing is true. Not only is their clothing selection good but they have tons of other products as well. You can get horror figures, "adult things", board games, plushies of all shapes & sizes & so much more. It truly is a magical, yet questionable, store. I appreciate how this store is always kept organized. With everything they offer you would expect it to be chaos when you walk in but they do a good job at controlling it. Like with most places in the mall, however, there's times when people come in & do a number on the tidiness. Usually though, this place is solid. Any time I come to the mall I always have to stop by to see what they've got. They're always releasing new t-shirt designs so it gives me something to look at when I visit. Thank goodness for the young man at the store who was able to help me find the right size. 5 months post partum so far down to a size 5/7 US ... began in double digits after baby and dedicated myself to waist shrinking immediately after recovery from cesarean surgery. After walking in , I was immediately helped by a young man working the front counter. I went to him and introduced myself, explained my situation and showed him the notes my doctor had written for items to purchase pre & post op. To my surprise, the young gentleman knew more about body shapeware than I assumed and was able to fully detail exactly what each one of their shapers are made of and how they could be used. He was able to answer all of my questions thoroughly and did not make me feel like he was trying to Up-sell me or inundate me with a massive purchase . Although, I did end up spending more than planned after I noticed their Colombian jeans section haha. My husband fetishes me in pocketless jeans and so I had to buy a few pair so he couldn't complain about how much I spent once he saw them on me ;-) The store has a wide variety of shapeware , cinchers, waist trainers and full body shapers as well. They also sell items like butt lifters, strapless bras, and spanx as well. 10/10 I would definitely recommend checking them out . I also suggest if you are on a DEDICATED weight loss journey , when purchasing a corset or trainer , also purchase a size smaller for backup as well because once you start losing weight it's only a matter of weeks before the one you originally purchased will ho longer fit and will be too big. She fitted me correctly, I had an issue with a bra I had bought at another Victoria secret location and she helped me right away. She also let me know of the promotions the store was having and gave me extra lingerie tops to try on that I absolutely loved. She is definitely a star in her team and I hope she gets rewarded for it. Thank you Nina! Besides service, the store is rather grand and has a lot of options dealing with sizing and color waves.
