I was personally delayed but they got started anyway and by the time I arrived the unloading was almost done. I found the staff to be hard working, professional and willing to please. I had several heavy pieces to move, including a player piano from a lower level. The crew talked over a plan and worked together to get it moved and delivered up stairs in my current home. A third party specialist was called in to move a marble top. The third party employee broke the fragile top and was very remorseful. I then worked with Steve at Wiltfong to get a replacement top. Steve made sure I was happy with the replacement top. I can't say enough good things about this moving company. I will use them again in a few years.

After paying (as requested) half cash, half check we noticed an item missing, when we called to inquire we were told the item was damaged and they would reimburse us, sadly it has been 6 weeks with repeated requests to the owner with no reimbursement. His actions, or lack thereof, speaks volumes as to the type of business he operates. I would suggest looking elsewhere for movers.

We were in a bind since the seller wanted the couch out ASAP. We found Team Arnett and sent them a photo of the couch. Within 1 minutes we got a quote. The Team showed up when they said they would, which was a huge plus. They showed up with a box truck so all the pieces fit and they had all the moving supplies. Seems obvious but I've had " moving companies" show with no dollies and trucks so small they'd have to make multiple trips. The guys were professional and fast. And they made sure we were happy with the couch placement before they left. We're really happy with our couch but we're even happier that we found great movers that we can use again!!
