Their are a few items that are supposed to be out all ours of the day and non of the were out. I waited 15 minutes for a Jr. Burger to come out. I then asked the kitchen lady and she said it would be at least 20 minutes which is bull because they take less than 4 minutes to make in the fastest oven. She was very rude when she said it. I ended up not buying anything because of the rude kitchen lady.

But I soon found out that it was just a very large gas station. It looks like it's been recently renovated and was very clean inside. I stopped to get gas and to use the restroom. At first I wasn't really excited about the place when the gas pump kept shutting off. The handle Wednesday squeeze so I kept having To squeeze it. I finally gave up after a few gallons and just called it quits. The clerk Barb was really nice. She greeted me when I entered and thank me when I left. I still can't get over how big and roomy this gas station was.

She asks several coworkers what to charge, rings it up at $2.99 for the iced coffee then another $2.49 for an iced coffee refill. I said WOW, I've never been charged that much at other locations, she says there's 6 more ounces in those cups so you have to pay the refill price because a large is only 24 ounces. I brought my own cup so I basically paid for a cup & 48 ounces of coffee but only got 30 ounces of coffee...what's wrong with this?? Next time I'll tell you it's a soda refill!!

Bathroom were clean and the staff was friendly, but not super helpful. What I was most impressed by was the massive gift section. There were Hawkeye/Cyclone items, decor, wine and much more. Had I spent more time there, I am sure I would have walked out with a birthday present for my mother in-law or mom! Additionally, there is an Arbys (with a drive thru) and Godfathers housed here. Plus a robust amount of prepared food in the gas station itself. This is a gem!

Some are mirror images of one another, which I refer to as left hand stores and right hand stores, depending on which way you turn to approach the cash registers. This is a right hand store. When you go into the store, you'll get that feeling of Deja vu, which is exactly what the owners want you to feel. This store is newer so it uses the newer floor plan. It's left handed. Karuba Coffee, Dunkers, doughnuts, and hot foods are straight back. Rest rooms are on the far end, take a left at the cooler. Lottery forms are back there, too, for processing at the registers. The no-fee ATMs are to your left as you enter the store. Out on the gas island, you'll find Unleaded, Unleaded Premium, E-85, Unleaded 88, and Diesel #2. The store is 24/7. If you happen to drive an 18-wheeler, there is a separate truck fueling station. It's easy in and easy out with no silly roundabouts to come through. You'll find Diesel #2, Premium Diesel, and Diesel Exhaust Fluid. This is a nearly complete auto and truck plaza, there's no car wash but that's about all that's missing. It's a complete convenience store with sandwiches, coffee and soft drinks and almost anything you could need in the coolers, freezers and food gondolas. Like all Kwik Trips, the bakery all comes from La Crosse and it's pretty good. It's everything you've come to expect in a Kwik Trip and a whole lot more.

The phone app helps expedite payment and pump activation when refilling your gas tank. The employees are friendly, and parking is convenient if you aren't getting gas at the pumps. Their air compressor is located at the side of their building and I really like it because it's a very heavy duty set up and it does not take long at all but five seconds each tire and their inflated. I then went inside because I kept seeing ads for their new karuba gold espresso drinks. They are having a special that any size was $1.99. The place is very nicely updated and extremely clean. I use the restroom which was clean and smell nice. It's a lot larger than it looks and it seems like they do pretty good business here. They had lots of hot food stocked and ready to go. They have a new machine that makes is espresso drinks. It's a touchscreen screen and you pick if you want to mocha cappuccino latte or an iced drink. You can pick your flavor and size. I went with a caramel latte with extra syrup. It wasn't quite sweet enough for me I wish I would've used some of their syrups they had located over by their coffee creamers. But it was a pretty awesome machine and I really wish I had one at home. The lady who checked me out was very nice. The only thing that would've made this a five-star visit was if I was greeted on my way in and it knowledged by employees who passed me by in the store. I had several of the kitchen helpers passed by me and not say a word. But overall a very strong visit.
