It is easy to get a hold of them via phone. Parking is available on site and easily accessible. Room: Big. Clean. Comfortable bed. The amenities include a keurig machine with tea and coffee. Toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, bath salts The shower was nice with good water pressure. We got Free breakfast for two with Expedia. They have a set menu. If you want anything extra, it will be a charge. Check out was easy. The guy that checked us in was super nice. He gave us some tips on what to do in Banff.

Overall a really convenient and comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend it if you are visiting the area for work or a game.

The Palliser was a great location for all things Stampede especially the parade. We met one of the restaurant managers who showed us around and even got us great seats on the street for the parade (thanks Sultan!). We did have rooms overlooking multiple train tracks and we could hear the train all night which isn't as romantic as one may think but the lighting in our room was almost non existent. Bed was great! and a shout out to Darren - not sure what department he was from but he was Johnny on the spot helping us with everything from hangars to luggage racks to ice. The spa treatment was fabulous but opted to stay out of the pool as it was noisy from all the little kids. Fairmonts are wonderful and they did an amazing job with all the cowboys and activities going on. so close to restaurants and fun. I'll be back.

The banquet washrooms open to the public have toilet seat covers! First toilet seat covers I've seen in Calgary and Banff. The price was reasonable for a last minute hotel stay. There were bags provided for laundry but I used it instead to store my dirty clothes in my luggage. The beds were comfortable. There was a lot of selections to choose from on the TV in the room. We ended up watching The Challenge's recent season's reunion. The hotel will also mail your postcards if they are stamped. You just need to leave them with the front desk in the lobby. The room is spacious for 4 people. The bathroom is large and clean. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash is provided. It's a quick walk to the terminals from the lobby.

You had to swipe your card to pick your level. If there are 5 diff card holders in that elevator, you can't swipe fast enough and your level gets skipped and you have to enjoy the ride back down and up to your room again. Another thing I have to mention is the parking garage. Has a sign about turning at your own risk basically. The turn is so tight, my friend ended up scraping her car. So we all parked outside from then on. Overall it was an okay stay, the pool was the main thing that was worth it. BUT I forgot to mention, a lot of sport teams book here because of the pool. At 10 pm to 11 pm there were kids running around the hall banging on the doors. No one keeping an eye on them.

It's also walkable to downtown for food or being dropped off by taxi/Uber from the airport.

They also have free self parking lots underground and above ground surface lots. They are located close by Calgary Tower and are near plenty of restaurants and bars around the downtown area. H mart is only about 2 blocks over if you want Asian groceries. I also just read that they give complimentary bikes rentals on their website, which is amazing! The only con was that you have to reserve pool time and it's a $10 fee per person if you don't show up. It's a small pool and is just under 5 feet. They reserve a seating area for you, which is very nice but made it difficult to plan your day especially having 2 kids under 3yo.
