They admitted him as though they can help with both his addiction and mental illness. P Young called me .told me that they're releasing my son because he does not comprehend a program So I needed to come and get him i told them what type of facility do not accommodate someone with a learning disability and he's a patient for mental health they tell me that this is not a place for him that I need to find a place on my own that would help him What is the purpose of the psychiatrist is there if they can't help anyone With a learning disability .I then go and pick him up No one brings him down from the rehab They gave him his suitcase a blue bag And send him on his way They did not want to face me because I was surely angry For the way they treated him I'm filing a complaint to anyone that'll hear me about this place They need to fire and get more professional staff Because no one there Knows what they're doing Don't send your child to this place He will not get help If he has a learning disability.

It is always the answering service and you will always have to leave a voicemail, which may be returned sometime within the week you called. Make sure you keep all of your receipts. The billing department is absolutely awful. My son is covered under his father's insurance. I was not receiving bills so I assumed the insurance was paying everything. 7 months later I receive a phone call (still no paper bill) saying that I owed $770 and that half of that needed to be paid upfront otherwise my son could not be seen anymore. Funny how it took them 7 months to finally bill me but I had to have it paid right away. When I asked why I never received a bill, I was given a ton of excuses. When I requested for a paper bill to be sent to me so that I could see what I was being billed for, it took 4 phone calls and 3 months to finally receive said bill. My son and his father were seeing her and instead of addressing the issues that had been building over the course of 15 years, she blamed all of my son's father's failings on his wife. She never listened to anything my son said or requested. Her main focus was NOT helping my son but explaining away everything his dad had done to him and put him through over the years. Needless to say....now that the court date has passed and we are no longer going to counseling, his father (who is now divorced from his wife, who was supposedly to blame) has now done exactly what we told her he would do......stopped having anything to do with my son again. She is the worst therapist I have ever encountered. I honestly have no idea how she is still in business.
