There is no longer consistency between classes. You may feel like you gotten a really good workout one day to go back the next and be completely let down. Today i went to yoga recovery and left 15min in because it wasn't yoga recovery. It was some halfway class between recovery and yoga sculpt. The space is beautifully designed with a very holostic vibe and filled with positive energy. The instructors are simply phenomenal: knowledgeable, patient, funny and encouraging. They don't just guide you through poses they help you connect with your practice. The welcoming vibes, the immaculate studio full of reformers (I use a balanced body reformer and other balanced body equipment), the private room for training, the yoga space, the knowledgeable instructors...these make pursuing a practice achievable and attainable. Consistency is key to a lifestyle of health and wellness, and Leni's Pilates is set up for you to achieve your goals. I like that the studio is named in honor of the founder's grandmothers.
