We exchanged renderings and notes for one day and that was the extent of the design process. Installation was quick and simple and it was exactly what I wanted! Keep in mind I did have to have an electrician involved to get the lights, tv and integrated fireplace all installed but he was very clear about that up front. My windows hadn't been washed in a couple of years and they needed cleaning badly! When my neighbor suggested Fish, I called them up and got on their schedule. Their process is simple. Someone will come out to give you and estimate. That estimate will come within a day or two on line and you can accept it on line. If you do- someone will call you back to schedule. Super easy. Their window cleaner extrodinaire, Dennis, showed up on time, walked with me through my house so I could point out some of the tougher windows (grates on outside or window treatments that didn't move) and then I left Dennis to work his magic. And he definitely worked it. I had him do inside and out and the windows were spotless! He even did a walk around afterward to make sure I was pleased and touched up a couple of spots that were missed or just needed a little extra help. Definitely worth the money and I rarely say that after a service call. All in all- a great experience and I will definitely be calling them again the next time the jewels of my home have dulled!
