The stomach bug swept through our house and my husband was extremely dehydrated. When the nurse came his heart rate was elevated due to dehydration and blood pressure was off. Abby showed up and saved the day. She was very friendly and professional. After the infusion his heart rate and blood pressure returned to normal! He was able to go into work that night which he never would've been able to otherwise. What an awesome service offered. At home concierge fee is DEFINITELY worth it when sick! She was conversive in a comfortable, friendly way and discussed what she would like to do, she asked if I had any preferences or anything, in particular, I wanted to get done. I told her I would go with what she was comfortable doing. She gently applied wax to clean my brow areas and filled them in then topped them with a brow gel to keep them in place. My brows look amazing and her fill-in technique is superb. They look super natural and perfectly contoured. I would recommend and return to Ro without a doubt. Unbeknownst to me the pharmacy listed had no clue who NY Medical Weight lost Clinic was,neither were they aware of who I am. I went further to gather information, The compounding pharmacy they say was Emerald Compounding Pharmacy located in Tampa FL, they also have no records of the "physician " who sent the scripts. They charged me $2749...for 4 month of tirzepetide.I returned the unused pre-filled syringes to their clinic & requested to be removed from their program, because of all the discrepancies. I also filed an official report to the Attorney General's office. They are insisting I pay for a product that I returned. I have video footage of all transactions & also a full recording from the Manager at Emerald Compounding Pharmacy, who also encouraged me to seek legal help.Eri, is the manager at NY Medical Weight Loss who is giving a hard time to release me from their illegal program. And here is the kicker, I requested the original script that was transcribed to the doctor,she went & typed a letter. I then requested to see the business license, she walked away. I will get to the bottom of this I promise. This is so wrong,especially for persons who are really Diabetic or even type 2 & wants to live better healthier lives. This is my experience. Anytime we are under the weather or pre/post travelling we ask them to come. They are both the nicest people, and so caring. When I text them, they respond right away and slot me in for the same day and are always on time. I can't say nicer things about Studio Med. They are truly the best.
