The results have been great so far (I have lost 7% of my starting weight in a steady and consistent fashion and the weight loss is continuing in a steady fashion) and the experience fantastic. As a well informed person, for a long time I "knew" what I "should" be eating but was never able to "consistently implement" any change in eating habits.
