I am no stranger to IV drips as I typically get them twice a month back on the mainland. That said, after 20 hours of flying I realized I couldn't wait for a drip. Luckily, I found this place and they were able to fit me in the same day. What a gem. Unlike many places on island they give an actual full liter. I've now completed my 3rd "Skinny" vitamin shot out of 6 from the shot package, and it's definitely making a difference! How do I begin this epic rescue story? From the beginning it is! The days and night prior to Easter Sunday were spent hard at work prepping for an Easter Celebration, probably not hydrating well. The night before directly after dinner I felt so ill, completely useless with nausea and night sweats and chills. Yuck but I still felt confident I could pull the next day off. NOPe. First off, Hello IV services on the go! I mean getting medical services in a non-medical setting is actually really fun. I was visiting Oahu and had the opportunity to experience Hydraloha. I say opportunity because when else do you really get a chance to talk openly with a humble educated professional about the general wellness of your insides as a whole? Syndee is highly educated, professional, tender, caring, and provided good follow-up. She calmly and patiently addressed all my questions and concerns and had so much good info to share about the different kinds of iv drips and add-ons. I started off with a shot of B12. In administering the shot, Syndee was quick and effective. She made sure I felt safe by kindly asking if I wanted to know when the needle would enter my arm or not (as some people are sensitive around needles). I said I didn't care; she administered the shot, and it was quick and painless. My reaction was, "What, already done?" Since I was planning to party and drink (be dehydrated) while on vacation, I decided to get the iv drip for rehydration with a glutathione add-on. The glutathione is said to improve quality of sleep and has anti-aging properties. I've been having restless sleep, waking up groggy, and it's been frustrating. After getting the iv drip and add-on, I slept soundly through the night and woke up feeling refreshed and alert! Also, I'm well over the age of 21, yet I got carded every time I purchased alcohol because I "looked so young!" Ooh, if that's not the biggest compliment ever!So, Thank you, Syndee and Hydraloha!!
