Although the event was just for the red light therapy and compressions, the manager allowed us to try almost all of their core sessions. I got to try the cryotherapy, red light therapy, and compression. I also got a tour of the sauna. The cryotherapy had to be my favorite experience! Me and one other yelper stood in the cyro chamber for 3 minutes in -145 degrees. I was really scared to do it at first but the manager explained exactly how it would feel and told me that I can step out at any moment if I don't feel comfortable. I'm so glad I did it!
