This medspa is DANGEROUS. Had a terrible experience with Dr. Dadurian in 2021 because she overfilled my face with Juvederm Vollure. I demanded to have it dissolved at 4 appointments. Instead of dissolving the filler, Dr. Dadurian inserted more filler into my nasolabial folds, which caused a full blown infection in my face that led to an emergency room in July of 2021. Dr. Dadurian was not able to determine an inflammatory response vs. normal swelling, thus I removing myself from her care. This was brought to the owners attention via email. Instead of refunding me, Dr. Dadurian and the owner, Cindyann Senkier, began harassing and bullying me to take my review down via phone calls and emails. I asked them to stop contacting me and they instead hired a lawyer who started pressuring me throughout the day to remove my review in lieu of a refund. The doctor also repeatedly told me over email "it was just a bruise" and that they "take my concerns seriously." They falsely advertise their services and clearly do not know how to behave in a professional manner when it comes to their patients. When I requested my medical records in 2022, they denied any wrongdoing and falsified my records as well. I can't say enough great things about this place. From the moment I walked in the door for my first consultation I felt very welcome. The staff is great and I did not have to wait long at all. I did a consult for Botox with Melissa and a consult for the BB glow procedure with Liridona. Both were amazing and answered all of my questions and gave me all the information I needed. Melissa was able to do the Botox that same day and it looks SO good. I just may need a slight touch up on my frown lines but that's it! The follow up touch up is complimentary also. Not many places do that and will charge you for the service all over again. Last time I had dysport done at another location in Boynton Beach and it wasn't anything close to the awesome results I got at MD beauty labs. Also, at the consultation Liridona recommended a hydrafacial package. I was a little hesitant since I had a hydrafacial once at another med spa in Boca Raton that only lasted 15 minutes and did absolutely nothing for my skin. Liridona assured me that would not happen with her and that she makes sure her clients leave happy. All I have to say is WOW! I always have to wear make up because I'm a little self conscious about my skin. But after she did the hydrafacial with the LED light and mask my skin looked so fresh I didn't want to use any makeup the next day! I continued using the tinted moisturizer she recommended and I honestly don't want to use make up again. I would hate to clog up the pores she worked so hard to clean! I have no more blackheads on my nose at all. It looked like glass. I was in shock and couldn't stop looking at my skin! I will never go to another place again. After being discouraged for so long at other places and their mediocre results, MD Beauty labs has really changed my mind and I will go here from now on for all my skin care needs! miraDry procedure at MD Beauty Labs On 9/4 I had my first appointment for miraDry at MD Beauty Labs in West Palm Beach. Brenda who is a registered nurse at Dr. Dadurian's office performed the procedure. Brenda, RN is very knowledgeable on miraDry and reviewed the procedure in detail with me. I have always suffered from embarrassing armpit sweat - I've had yellowed armpits in my t-shirts, problems wearing shirts and dresses - I wore black all the time to hide the sweat stains. Bridesmaid dresses were chosen around my armpit sweat. I've used other types of doctor prescribed medications where I had to sleep in saran wrap. I have considered inventing something that would stick or velcro to clothing so the sweat would soak up - I've even put maxi pads as a test. Nothing has worked for me. Until miraDry... Brenda, RN administered approximately 20 lydocane shots in each armpit but please don't that alarm you, it was painless. The compassion of a RN or Doctor when administering shots is an important trait and can provide an entirely different viewpoint of a procedure if you incur painful injections. Brenda knows what she is doing and is very compassionate (I've gotten shots before that were very painful). My first procedure was completed at a 2 and we are going to use a 3 in December for my second and final appointment. I iced my armpits for about four hours the first day alternating arms. My armpits were swollen and slightly bruised. I started taking arnica for the bruising and was bruise free in three days and the swelling went down the following evening. I would say I'm about 80% less sweaty after the first procedure and hope to be 95% after the next. My right armpit gets a little moist and that is all. I've noticed that the moistness usually occurs when I'm nervous or stressed rather than actually sweating from a workout. I am so much more confident now that I don't have to wear specific clothing because of unflattering armpit sweat! I was Very disappointed with my recent procedure. I pre paid for a few of the advertised specials. Two Vi peel's and Two areas of The sure sculpture. No consultation was given prior. No additional fees explained and went over on the area that was given. No paper work given either on additional fees. I was told the Doctor was out of the country on her holiday. The technician proceeded to take me up to the room and asked me what two areas I wanted to do? I said my stomach was my concern, she proceeded to take photos then strap on a belt with four squares on it. I actually asked does this count as one area that I prepaid for? she said yes! Look she said, I have four squares that is one area. It was extremely painful!! I told her you better do the second one then, that I had already pre paid for, because I probably won't be back, due to the excruciating pain involved. My husband was waiting and was present when The front desk girl said you had eight areas done that will be $2,400. My husband and I were shocked! I said what!! I had two prepaid areas on a special! No one told me otherwise and I would not have done any more, I really just wanted to try it!! They then told me the technician doesn't know anything about the fees or billing. I said why not! That's not my problem, The now manager said she will do it at the discount I paid a unit for an additional $1,200. I said this is crazy! Why was I not informed and asked? They then told me one square is a unit and I only paid for two. I said what!! Why was I not informed?? I said I'll pay for two more units an additional $600. That's all! The now manager refused and said no $1,200. I said this is outrageous!! then I'm not paying any additional fee as I have not been informed otherwise at all, and to have the Doctor call me. We have been a long time patients over the years with many referrals. The Doctor then phoned me a week later trying to explain to me that this was only a down payment a if you will pre payment and the amount depends on the area. I said okay, fine if this is so, why did it say $300. Special on a area/unit and if I needed more then why wouldn't I be explained this and given this option a proper consultation on any additional areas and any related fees. She assured me I must have. I was strong armed and yelled at by the Doctor, that I was now lying and trying to cheat her! My husband and I where shocked at her unprofessionalism to not try and work with us on this given our history. I told them to keep the money for the two peels that I pre paid for and we will not be returning! Awful! read more

Felt as if this was one of her first times doing it and I was a guinea pig. I came on the recommendation of my cousin who has beautiful skin and loves Dr. Dadurian, who is very impressive, confident and professional. I had never gotten fillers before but decided... Why not! I'm in south Florida and this is where women go to get this sort of stuff. I have been getting Botox for years and tend to bruise easily. I told this to Dr. Dadurian who assured me that everything would be okay. When she injected the fillers in my lower face, it was very painful but I have a high threshold for pain so I didn't complain or wince. But that evening I had bruises in my lower face that resembled those of a spousal abuse victim. But what galled me was when I went to get medicine to reduce the bruising two days later , she never apologized nor did she simply GIVE me the medicine, as an apology. A lot of women all over the country get fillers without this sort of pain and bruising. I have a friend who got them the same week as her daughter's wedding and she looked amazing. What saves Dr. Dadurian is that she is an artist and once these bruises go away my face is going to look great. But will I go back? I don't think so. read more

Had "smart lipo"...was told a 3-4 week recovery... it has now been almost four months... and I am still in pain and unable to go anywhere... no one at the"clinic" cared... it was all about the money... I spent at least 10k plus...out of my pocket..and will suffer physical and emotional scars for the rest of my life...do your homework... go interview with Richard Schartz... also, no emergency equipment at the clinic... you could die like Joan Rivers...due to lack of ER, hospital, etc...while this is not a favorable review...it is honest...I now have a lawyer.... read more
