I was very sad and upset when the floral spray I ordered arrived at the funeral home for my…read moreex-husband from myself and our children! The arrangement was NO WHERE near what I ordered. Forget that it wasn't even HALF the size it was supposed to be, but flowers were already wilting! The spray was supposed to consist of a full arrangement of all red roses, some red carnations and red gladioli. It had MAYBE 8 roses, some carnations and PURPLE gladioli, and then it was mostly greenery! For $250, I should've received what I paid for! It wasn't something that could be corrected AFTER the fact. The funeral was over! my kids were so upset. they wanted the beautiful spray we ordered for their father! even the funeral said she had never seen such a thing. She saw the picture of what I ordered and then what I got, and she couldn't believe it! I ordered through Teleflora.com, and the order was filled by Sueppel's in Iowa City. Such a disheartening experience!
