I could have swallowed a bunch of multi vitamins and got the same results. This was about a 10 cost to the store and a huge profit. They have the basic pkg and then up charge for add on sand no way to creat your own mix. While it helps many the tech who did my IV hurt and then walked away and chatted at the front desk. She can over once to see how I was doing and covered the injection site because it was visually and physically bothering me. When I was done I left not feeling much different and with what tiny little bit I might have felt or was my imagination was gone within a few hours. I wanted to believe I got something or how much I spent. Lesson learned. Bummer I really was looking for this to be more effective

Excellent visit! My fiancé and I wanted to try this out for a hangover treatment, and we waited until the opportune time :) Needless to say, after a night out, we were pleasantly surprised with our visit! 1. We were really impressed with the cleanliness and sanitation of our visit. 2. We loved the fact that you could book online and complete all forms online as well. We scheduled a 10:00 am visit for the both of us at 8:30am, the same day. Pretty stellar. Also, when you book online, you save $5.00 off your visit. 3. The treatment was awesome. Worked pretty much right away and felt much better upon leaving. Atmosphere is great and relaxing, and our therapist was accommodating and kind. Next time, I would probably avoid getting the IV through my hand, (ouch!), but I still give it five stars even still. Parking can be tricky- since it's a busy part of the highlands, so arrive early to get a good spot Incase you have to walk! Prices are a bit steep at ($99.00 a session for the hangover treatment), so if I return it will likely be because I really, really need it! But it was great to pamper myself and was an enjoyable experience!

Understaffed and not friendly. Called to see if there was room to come in and they said yes but I had to hurry so I rushed in 10 minutes later every chair was full with only one nurse working she was running around and super stressed understandably but why tell me to come in if they're slammed? The IV was for my boy friend. The nurse took his blood pressure was not nice or personable. She took it 4 times over the next hour and refused to give an IV because it was too high even though it was just slightly above average. We finally left very frustrated and went to another IV bar who said his blood pressure was totally fine and gave him an IV right away. What a waste of time. There are much better places in Denver

As I've been traveling quite a bit I thought I should do something positive for my body and pop into Hydrate IV bar for a quick Tri Immune injection shot. A nice blend of glutathione, zinc, and vitamin C, I thought this would be a great alternative to getting an actual IV as I don't know if I could sit there being somewhat squeamish with needles. The location is cute, intimate, I like that it's in an old house and gives it a vintage kind of feel. The staff was great, welcoming and friendly. I will admit, if you consider this shot be forewarned they do administer it in the butt area as it's a bigger needle. As I mentioned before I do have a needle phobia so this was quite a shock, but the staff made me feel comfortable and at ease, and I have to say their shot administering technique was phenomenal as I did not even feel it really! So I'm just trying to save you from the shock of that and also help you dress accordingly (luckily I was wearing a dress so I was able to lift the skirt part quickly and easily) but rest assured it will probably be the most comfortable shot you can take. If that's even possible. Do your body some good and give it an injection or IV. They also have memberships which I am curious to check out!

Normally, I do not write reviews let alone bad reviews. I'll try to reach out to the business first to solve the issue, but hear me out. I received an IV here a week ago. Hoping it'll cure my hangover and altitude sickness. Not only did I not feel better and wasted $100. My arm was severely bruised, sore, and tender for the remainder of the trip. A week later I still have severe bruising. My doctor told me the iv was done incorrectly and resulted in iv infiltration (fancy for the nurse missed your vein). I contacted the business, but the reply was I signed a waiver and to put a hot/cold compress on the injury. Pretty much too bad too sad kind of ordeal. I understand I signed a waiver, but for a business that solely focus on IV day in and day out, I am appalled something like missing my vein happened. Think twice before trying or you may walk out $100 poorer and a sore arm. Oh, you'll also get a lot of looks as if you've been hit with a bat. Don't say someone didn't warn you. read more

This location was very close to my apartment. It was extremely clean, well maintained and just an awesome place. Service was incredible and made me feel right at home in no time. Super friendly, well informed staff who didn't make me feel bad about poisoning myself with alcohol. I think I was already dehydrated when I got to Denver and then I had too much fun. I couldn't keep anything down and had a splitting headache. After 4 minutes my nausea was gone and my headache began to ease up. I can't believe I didn't come in sooner! Why suffer? Comfortable environment and I felt SO much better after my hydration. The online booking isn't user friendly but once you get there, it's all good. Beyond good. The next day I went back for vitamins and minerals and more hydration before my flight. Great self care! read more

These guys are awesome. Got off a 16 hour flight from China via LA and felt super drained, headache, stomach pain and totally out of it. Made appointment Friday night for first thing Saturday morning before heading to the mountains. Saved me a trip to a walk in clinic and/or ER. The past few times I have been here it has not been great. The receptionist is very sweet and professional, however some of the nurses I have had have been very rude. For example, today I went in for an iv treatment and the nurse kept having blood pressure issues with everyone and wouldn't treat them. I'm glad she is cautious, but when I told her my bp has been normal she proceeded to freak me out and say it was 190, then went down, then went back up. First off, if it was 190 I would have been in a cardiac crisis. I immediately went to Walgreens and then had my mom take my bp as she used to be a nurse and caregiver. Both times, between 120 - 125 over 80. Considering this nurse was having issues with other people's vitals she may not know how to properly take blood pressure or it is the machine she is using. Very disappointing that both of my recent visits have been awful. Unfortunately I won't be coming back. read more

I randomly stopped in yesterday after a massage. I'm getting married next week and was starting to feel a cold coming on. After talking with Olivia at the front desk, she recommended I do the cold & flu bag with a shot of B12. She was extremely helpful and patient as she explained the process. Brittani was my nurse, and she had great energy. I was on a time limit, and she made sure that the process was smooth, quick and painless. I was in and out in less than an hour, and I felt very relaxed when leaving. I woke up this morning feeling much more myself and definitely have more energy! I arrived 25 minutes Before their next appointment slot came in, with three empty chairs, they wouldn't simply not allow me to get the service, Which would've only put one chair five minutes late. Businesses should be willing to make a rare exception for long-time "members" who have never before been late, but Christine would make no accommodation of the sort. Wouldn't even allow for a B12 shot which takes 3 seconds. Infuriating, as I had arranged my whole day, driving back from Aspen at 6am, to ensure I would have time for an IV before my flight. Fortunately there are plenty of other places to get an IV, if needed, but generally I've discovered the results to provide more of a placebo effect than anything. read more

Liz and Grace are living dolls! Welcoming warm and professional - so knowledgeable!! Hydrate Highlands is adorable and cozy!! I was really run down when I arrived (fever blisters, pink eye, sinus issues). Liz and Grace recommended the Katie cocktail and within seconds I was cozied up, lounging and dozing off from time to time! This was my first visit and if I could give it 7 stars I would!! Being a member is a game changer when living at elevation. Especially during the summer. Not only do I stay hydrated, but getting all the vitamins and minerals directly into the blood stream keeps my immunity strong. Great space and amazing staff that made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I have a fear of needles but Brittani was great and it didn't hurt at all! I highly recommend going for a pick me up and a recharge! I was tired and run down from a recent trip and have a wedding coming up so this was the perfect way to get me back to feeling great and get my skin hydrated to look my best! Leading up to my appointment, I received a couple reminder texts about my appointment, which is helpful when life gets crazy. Upon entering the office, I was greeted by Jeff with such a warm smile. He welcomed me and told me I would be seen by Danielle once she finished with her previous appointment (I was early). Jeff offered me coffee and tea while I waited. After Danielle finished with her previous appointment, she called me back to the treatment room and we sat together talking about my goals and Danielle explained in depth about her personal experiences regarding her body image, about the machine, about treatment procedure, and about expectations. I appreciated the information and Danielle being upfront about not knowing how many sessions a client in another office had in between their progress photos. Because this machine is so new to her office, Danielle didn't have progress photos of her own clients (too short of a period). Nonetheless, I was excited about the procedure and my possible improvement in contouring. I say "possible" because 1 session isn't going to make a huge visible difference. The T-Shape procedure is awesome! You get some light suction and laser therapy that work simultaneously. Danielle and I chatted about various topics and it made the procedure go by so quickly (I was there for about an hour, I think). It felt so nice and reminded me of a skin rolfing massage procedure, but not as painful. You can go to any other office to get procedures done but Danielle and Jeff make their office the best option. They are a wife & husband team, so it's a small business and they are obviously an amazing team. I love Danielle's openness about her own personal journey because she connects with you (Honestly, when you see her, she is naturally gorgeous and it's intimidating) and you realize that she has the same intrusive thoughts that led you to her office.
