I wanted to schedule them out far from one another and they made it a big issue and had to get "approval". 2 in a year means you should be able to schedule 2 within that 12 month timeframe whenever you want. The second gutter cleaning was timed when I was out of state dealing with an emergency. I told them I'd call to reschedule. They called me 4 more times while I was gone to schedule. Zero regard for what I was going through. I finished my obligation and told them to cancel me for anything else. I got a call today saying they'd be there for Thursday. I never scheduled this nor did I want it. Then they say if you don't cancel in a timely manner they can charge you $125. How shady and unethical can you be? You scheduled me for something I didn't ask for on a day I didn't want and tell me I can be charged?? I'll never use them again .

One of those employees took several chunks out of my driveway with their power wash machine and left standing water and quite a bit of sediment left over from the chemicals used .. Make sure there are no complaints against them. Make sure you ask plenty of questions. You make sure you monitor them while they are working on your home and if you see areas that they missed or didn't cover areas that you agreed upon -Make sure that you get them to get it done before you pay them.. I should have hired the man who I originally hired until this person stepped and a quoted a lesser amount but charged the same . That should've been a red flag when i told him someone else for the job.. he still insisted he can charge less etc.. I have already begun a process to make sure that they are held accountable. I only asked for $150 to be returned to me but they would not.

Allen drove 1.5 hours to our rental property in spring. He inspected our house and realized he's going to need to treat the mold on the windows, to which he drove 30 minutes back and forth to Home Depot to get the proper treatment. Then he got to work on the driveway and boy was it spotless, almost 10+ years of dirt/mildew and god knows what else. He also drove back once everything was dry a day after to clean the backyard concrete. His pricing was really fair so I decided to get both front and back cleaned up.
