Then he proceeded to tell me he was going to charge me 1 thing & the insurance company another to "help me out". That's insurance fraud! I was told he would check out what was damaged. I was fed up and contacted T&J Renovations after a quick google search. I sent them a message to get a quote and got a response within 5 minutes. They came out the same day to look over everything and we scheduled something for the following day. I called and talked to Tracy who helped me get an appointment that works with my busy schedule. She explained the process and made me feel comfortable going with them.
