Very prompt in coming by to quote and…read morepromised to arrive 8 AM Saturday morning to install an electrical outlet. 8:15 texted to say he overslept but was on his way. 9:00 texted to say his sugar was low and he would not arrive until 11;00. Since we had arranged our day to accommodate him, we were no longer confident in having him complete the job, so we texted back to say forget it and that we would find someone else. He responded with a series of profane texts, including several F bombs and told me to do things with my project which I find anatomically impossible. I finally had to block his number. This is not a company I would want in my home.
