I had some bad rust spots on my lanai ( white shellstone) and they came out beautifully with a small additional charge for this great product. They also cleaned my windows and screens. This is our second year using HKPW and they've kept up their value proposition and customer service. In fact, the same person that did my house last year, serviced it again this year. It's nice to know they have a good enough culture for employees to stick around. Last year, we were unaware that our builder didn't put silicone around the carriage lights and some water seeped through causing a short in the lights. We since fixed the issue but HKPW still was cognizant of the lights and took extra care to not spray directly near them. They were also considerate of the cameras we have around the house. read more
