I had to repeatedly follow up regarding my payment, which was frustrating and stressful. I also had concerns about the pricing on some of the projects I worked on. In one case, the Thomas Painting quote was around 2-3 times higher than the amount I understood was actually paid for the job, largely due to the significant overhead and additional costs included in the estimate. I appreciated the opportunity to work with the company, but I believe payment and communication regarding completed work should be handled more reliably.
