Hyer roofing was recommended to me by a friend who knows them both personally and professionally. I requested a quote which was provided for me within a a day or two. I was surprised by the reasonable price and also happy to commit to Hyer for the job. Immediately after accepting the offer and paying a small down payment, the company began working with me on which tiles I would choose so that the materials could be ordered. This was so important to me because I voiced really wanting to have the project completed before Fla hurricane season 2024 was in full swing. We went over the HOA requirements and Erica from Hyer did her research finding that many of the HOA approved choices were either discontinued or were on a very long waitlist. We decided to choose a color pattern that I liked and run it by my HOA with proper documentation and see if we could get it approved. Erica did all the leg work to get the documents together needed for my HOA approval process. With her help, we got the approval for the project and Erica immediately then began work on getting the city permitting process done. Within a couple of days of the city permit approval, Hyer began working on my house and the project was done in under 10 days. It would have been done even faster if it hadn't been for so many afternoons of thunderstorms. The whole process was really painless. The workers were very professional and cleaned up each day as if they were not even there. I highly recommend Hyer Quality Roofing if you are in the market for a new roof. We purchased a condo that needed a full update. So we hired a contractor to oversee the whole job. We got a quote from Grace Roofing and our contractor got a quote from Brian Hyer Roofing to install a new flat roof for us. We went with Hyer Roofing because of our contractors recommendation and he was going to be overseeing the project. It wasn't even a year after finishing the project we noticed ponding in the middle of our roof. What was more frustrating then the ponding was that he would never return our calls. When he finally did, I told him the problem and sent pictures. He then told us that it wasn't his problem. He said that we never discussed replacing the flashing. Not knowing anything about roofs. I went to the town building department and asked them when you hire a contractor for a A new roof, should it include flashing. He said absolutely!! he also should of made sure the roof was pitched right, which he didn't. I then called my contractor that hired Brian and he was able to get Brian to come out and look at my roof. My contractor, Brian and my husband went upon the roof and he saw the ponding and still continued to say that it's not his problem. He was not told to Replace the flashing or make sure the pitch was right. In my defense. We knew nothing about roofs. We just hired him to replace our roof!!! Called this place twice and the same guy picks up both times who sounds like he hates his job and says he's going to give this message to someone who will call me back.
