When I raised this, it was clear this was normal. Instead of resolving it, they sent the people again despite me making it very clear they are never to be on my property again, it wasnt a miscommunication, it was continued grifting, I had told them repeadtely and the day before to not send anyone until they fixed it that they had no authority to take money from my bank account (a weekly conversation when they would always attempt to take the money out early) the positive google reviews are clearly fake.
