I had given up hoping for a good night's sleep after months of trying everything including sleep aids and hypnotherapy somewhere else. Out of desperation and recommendations by friends I made an appointment with Amanda though I wasn't hopeful this would help either. Amanda helped me with my addiction to alcohol. I tried other methods with very limited success.
