Heafner Motors - Waiting room with TV for customers while your truck is getting worked on

Great customer service and friendly staff. Don't know what's up with the bad reviews but my…read moreexperience was exceptional. They helped me out and for a good price too. I called up 3 places yesterday and the first two told me they don't patch tires that they put plugs in tires when you have a flat or a tire that keeps losing air. However, this place told me they only patch tires. So, that sold me. Also, I got my oil changed here and they did a good job on it too. So, they helped me with 2 problems I was having with my truck.

We recently bought an older truck from them that seemed to be in decent mechanical condition. Within a week of purchase, the truck showed major issues. A mechanic inspected it and indicated it needs THOUSANDS of dollars in mechanical repair. I contacted the dealer because we just bought the vehicle. Asked them for help. Told them it was financially devastating to our family. All they said back to me was - thanks for your purchase. ...the truck was purchased as is. That's all they said. It has now been less than 3 weeks since we purchased it - there's no way these issues just suddenly happened out of nowhere right after we bought it. They are UNWILLING to discuss this in good faith and to do the right thing. We spent all of our savings to buy this truck. Once the sale is final, they do not care. No matter the deal.... No matter how great everything seems.... I urge you to take your business elsewhere or you may end up in a financial predicament.

I purchased the truck and hauled it back home on a trailer. The next morning I realized the truck was making a noise. I took it to my local shop and was told the truck needed $3,000 worth of work to the engine. Hallmark sold me a truck they knew was having problems. All Hallmark and Kevin would say is the truck was sold as-is. I buy a lot of vehicles for my business and want be back for sure. Beware if you buy a vehicle from this dealership. If they did it to me they will do it to you.

She was told they couldn't get to it until Tuesday or Wednesday of next week so she left it with them. 4 weeks later. the car was still waiting to be looked at so I drove over to find out what's going on. The service manager had all the personality of an inflamed hemorrhoid ready to rupture and started making excuses. Now I despise a liar as much as I do a thief and when I called him on it he informed me they were not going to look at that car period and that I might as well take it on.. after reading the other negative comments about their service and speaking to other former dissatisfied customers we decided to do a Tik Tok video to highlight the inept supervision responsible for the disaster known as Heafner Motors so people in the Batesville area...keep watching...this true and informative video is in the making...

My experience with Cannon Motors in Oxford, Mississippi, has been extremely disappointing…read more I brought my 2022 Chevrolet Traverse in for transmission repairs. Before the repair, my vehicle was not making any unusual exhaust noise. After the transmission work was completed, it developed a loud exhaust noise that had never been present before. I was later informed that the exhaust manifold/rear catalytic converter was damaged and that the repair would cost $1,932.67. Cannon Motors claims the damage was caused by a pre-existing condition related to modifications made to accommodate me as a disabled driver. Unfortunately, that explanation does not make sense based on the history of my vehicle. Over the years, this vehicle has undergone numerous oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, and maintenance visits. If this had truly been a pre-existing issue, it seems reasonable that it would have been discovered and documented long before now. Additionally, during the initial diagnosis of my transmission problem, I was never informed of any damage to the exhaust manifold or catalytic converter. The timing is difficult to ignore. I delivered a vehicle that was not making this noise, and after extensive transmission work requiring access underneath the vehicle, I was told that a major exhaust component was damaged and that I would be responsible for nearly $2,000 in repairs. To better understand the issue, I sought a second opinion from an independent repair shop. Oxford Tire Inc. diagnosed the same problem but estimated the repair at approximately $930--less than half of Cannon Motors' quoted price of $1,932.67. While different repair facilities may charge different rates, the large difference in cost raised additional concerns for me. As a disabled driver who relies on this specially modified vehicle for transportation, I expected a thorough investigation of my concerns and clear evidence supporting their conclusion. Instead, I feel my concerns were dismissed, and responsibility was shifted to me without sufficient explanation. While I cannot definitively prove when the damage occurred, I am extremely dissatisfied with how this situation has been handled. Between the unexplained appearance of the exhaust issue immediately following transmission repairs, the lack of prior documentation of any such problem, and the significantly lower estimate from another repair facility, I am left with more questions than answers. Based on my experience, I encourage anyone considering major repair work to carefully document the condition of their vehicle before service and ask detailed questions about any issues discovered during the repair process. I cannot recommend Cannon Motors based on my experience.
