Yes, Hyundai's come with a 5 year, 100,000km warranty, sounds great? Right? .BUT in order for the warranty to remain in effect, you are REQUIRED to bring your vehicle in, for service, every six months EVEN IF YOU HAVEN'T driven it during that prior period. My A/C system failed on my 2023 Hyundai Tucson (purchased new in Cancun). I only have 18k km on the vehicle. This dealership did my recent service at 13k km, but since I didn't bring it in EVERY 6 months, they cancelled my factory warranty. I will never buy another Hyundai product in Mexico. This vehicle will be traded in on a new Toyota by year-end., In my opinion this is terrible product support by Hyundai. Buyer beware.. read more
