My A/C system failed on my 2023 Hyundai Tucson (purchased new in Cancun). I only have 18k km on the vehicle. This dealership did my recent service at 13k km, but since I didn't bring it in EVERY 6 months, they cancelled my factory warranty. I will never buy another Hyundai product in Mexico. This vehicle will be traded in on a new Toyota by year-end., In my opinion this is terrible product support by Hyundai. Buyer beware..
