My experience at IUCT Oncopole was fantastic. It was fairly easy to get an appointment. I only had to wait about two weeks. Parking was free and easy. There is a drop off area at the front and a larger lot a walkable distance away with a shuttle bus that runs regularly. Check in is very easy. Take a number and then wait to be seen by the registration office. Registration to provide name, ID and billing information was easy. My appointment to see the surgeon ran somewhat late but it was worth waiting. Dr. Falinower took my history and reviewed the reports from my dermatologists. After a brief exam, I had the option of waiting a month to do the surgery or have an surgical intern do it that afternoon. I opted for the intern. The intern (sorry, I never received her name) was personable and gentle, as was the nurse. The procedure took less than a half hour. The stitches look great and it is healing quite well. I was also given a referral for a radiologist to confirm that they got everything. I get my lab results in about two weeks. Overall, a very good experience.

My appointment with the physician and nursing staff was very thorough. Negatives: The hospital is a very large campus and there are multiple buildings. However, the buildings are not well marked and it is unclear where appointments are located. In addition, although I offered my health insurance cards at the time of my appointment, they were not taken by the office. I subsequently received a bill but was able to subsequently provide my insurance info via email.

He reviewed my X-rays and carefully checked for pain during both appointments. It was easy to make an appointment via Doctolib. The front desk checked me in quickly but took a while so that I could pay and receive a follow up prescription for an Xray at the conclusion of my first appointment. It was much quicker at the 2nd appointment. There is parking available adjacent to the hospital and a larger lot is located 1 block away. One warning: if it is a bright sunny day, the parking kiosks will not work properly so leaving was slightly difficult.
