In addition to my salad I also had Ebe tempura and the flavor was really good and perfectly cooked the tempura batter itself was a bit soggy and mushy like maybe the oil wasn't hot enough? Like many Japanese places in the US, this establishment has Teppanyaki a la Benihana as well as excellent sushi and other Japanese dishes. The prices are high, but the quality is superb. Everything appears to be prepared with attention to detail. The service is also attentive without being hovering.
