3.5/5
From a recent stay I would proclaim this to be one of the nicer if not nicest hotels while in Rimouski. It does seem like the largest in Rimouski.
Previously I had stayed here in January 2014 and most recently in August.
What's great about the hotel:
- Very large spacious and lots of spaces to lounge around
- Bar and restaurant available in the hotel
- great location right across the street from the Rimouski boardwalk with great walking/running/bike trails.
- pool, hot tub,
- ample parking both front and back
- lots of meeting room space for functions.
What's so so:
-decor is dated and a tad old in lobby and hotel rooms
- feels like the hotel could use a good refresh into the year 2000 to modernize
- WIFI is spotty at times. Put a code on it to prevent freeloaders moochers off the WIFI.
What is on the poor side:
- when you open the bathroom door it hits the toilet
- bathrooms are small
Overall it's not a bad experience but definitely could be better. read more
