(We frequented this amazing market several times a day, and I wanted to cry when I realized we were leaving and I wouldn't be able to shop here again for a while) So, here's how the Clickappart booking went down: - We found a location online and selected it, then put down a down payment via credit card. I'll admit, I was kind of skeptical but went with it. Totally smooth transaction. - Literally, the night before we were supposed to arrive in Paris, we asked Irene( from Clickappart) to book us a private Taxi. We weren't going to be near our computers or phone but when we got to the airport, our taxi guy was waiting for us and didn't drive all crazy getting us to our apartment. The ride was smooth and it was a fixed price, which was nice because there was a ton of traffic. - When we got to our apartment, someone from their agency was there waiting for us to show us our place, answer any questions, and take the rest of our payment. His English was great and he was super pleasant! - When it was time to leave, Irene booked us another private cab and he was also on time. We needed him there at 6 a.m. so we were very pleased that we didn't have to try to get a cab with our poor French for that time of morning. This was very very helpful. We made some last minute requests and Irene and staff were very accommodating They had no issues with speaking English to us, and it seemed like they were very service oriented. Our place was sooo old, but clean and spacious. I was very happy with their service and would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future. Negatives: We did get a bit cold because the only heating was the radiator and I guess I'm spoiled with our heater back home. Also, they advertised free WIFI and that basically consisted of MetroWifi which didn't always work for us even though they gave us a code to use. We do rely on the Internet for a lot of things, and this part was inconvenient.

He made sure our WiFi was working before he dashed off for his next appointment. The apartment is immaculate with everything in good working order. The upstairs room for the kids was very very hot didn't even have a fan when asked the office they said leave the window open, but it is already noisy then it will get woth. In reality, I had been living two weeks with fire alarm making nonstop sounds every minute 24 hours per day. Agency proposed me to repair it by myself. 2. Agency without any authorization from my side took off money from my account for one month rent even though the apartment was paid already in advance. I needed to call several times for several days to the agency. The answer I got from the agent -please call your bank. I received my money back only when I send the message to the agency that I will go to the police. 3. I decided to the changed apartment, sent to agency official communication. Agency pushed me in a very unpolite way to let them show the apartment I rent to others when it was convenient for them, without taking into consideration my needs and my schedule. 4. I moved out, gave back the key in one week before ended the paid period. The apartment was checked, with no questions to me from the agency and owner side. Two weeks I wait for my deposit back (=2 monthly payments). By low agency has one month. It's Christmas time, and I have a family and children, and like everyone, I do want to buy gifts...
