Both areas have more than ample shopping and numerous eating establishments. Lots are large hard gravel areas. A few of the lots have cement patio areas. The staff is currently working on improvements and they are quite busy yet still friendly and helpful. We have only been here a week but so far I have no real complaints. The only fault I can really find is the WiFi internet. It is at best just ok. Works for email and light internet use but it appears to be too overloaded for any kind of online gaming or streaming services. Cellular service if you have at&t is also spotty. Over the air tv is quite good with around 70 channels available with just an Rv antenna. For what you get, the rates are quite reasonable. You should call for current rates or any special offers they may have at the time. As for the bathroom and shower areas, they seemed quite nice to me considering a minimum of 50 people per day use them. The only bad odor I noticed comes from a very large cattle feed lot a few miles east of the Rv park and that odor is intermittent. I have no idea what Jom s. Is talking about. I have seen no sign of any illegal activity here and no one has tried to get me to buy drugs???? I do hope they improve the internet service, but we would definitely stay here again.

Park rules are enforced. ROAD SURFACE- Hard surface with most everyone following speed limits. Dust was not a problem. WATER- Water was good, pretty hard but good. SHOWERS- 1 for each by office and 1 co-ed by the laundry. Small showers, older but clean. SITE SIZE- Sufficient, but tight. Walkway thru campground was a plus. No picnic tables. LAUNDRY- $1.50 wash, $1.25 dry. Not enough machines for park but said they are getting broke machines fixed. NOISE- Lots of trains and highway noise, I-10 & I-8. I got used to it though. Salvage yard borders park to the south, wasn't a problem. STAFF- friendly and helpful. SERVICES- No WiFi in park, maybe at common areas, don't know. Propane delivered on Thursday's. Reasonable for delivered but tanks are FILLED unlike Tractor Supply. Nice library, leave one take one plan. Lots of park activities, shuffle board, pool & hot tub are well used. Be cautious of RV Wash services. Mine was too expensive for a poor job. Cell signal was 3 bars LTE and worked well. Over all we liked the place. Problems were small.
