To my surprise, the manager showed incredible kindness and empathy and offered to replace the Costco items I had lost. This level of customer service is exactly why I continue to shop at Costco. They treated me with compassion, made a stressful situation so much easier, and truly went above and beyond my expectations. I'm incredibly grateful for their generosity and professionalism.
