I realized that the first design I sent had a typo so I sent another one a few minutes later and asked them to disregard the first, they confirmed they would be sure to use the second design. When my in laws went to pick up the signs at the agreed upon time they hadn't printed them yet and they waited for 30 minutes while they were printed, and after all that they ended up printed the first version with the typo.

I dealt with Ron from Custom Art Concepts this week over email, phone and face-to-face to create a custom piece for a friend on fairly short notice. Ron responded immediately to my email, followed up with a phone call to clarify some details when he noticed this was a rush order and was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly in-person when I had to make my final selections. This was probably the best customer service experience I've ever had and the final product was perfect as well. Visiting the office to see the product showcase is pretty cool too. After I dropped off the decanter I wanted engraved, I had a mini panic that they would engrave the wrong initials. When I went back to pick it up, and told them of my concern, they played with me a bit and tried to make me believe they'd done the wrong initials.
