When my in laws went to pick up the signs at the agreed upon time they hadn't printed them yet and they waited for 30 minutes while they were printed, and after all that they ended up printed the first version with the typo.

I dealt with Ron from Custom Art Concepts this week over email, phone and face-to-face to create a custom piece for a friend on fairly short notice. Ron responded immediately to my email, followed up with a phone call to clarify some details when he noticed this was a rush order and was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly in-person when I had to make my final selections. After I dropped off the decanter I wanted engraved, I had a mini panic that they would engrave the wrong initials. When I went back to pick it up, and told them of my concern, they played with me a bit and tried to make me believe they'd done the wrong initials. Fairly convenient (close to downtown, and they have free parking!). I'll return here for other engraving needs.

Most of the order/price arrangement was taken care of quite efficiently over the email and there was little hassle thanks to Joanna organizing everything. One advantage is that they email you mockups of what you order before you pickup, so you can review any mistakes or change your mind after a second look! The former happened to me, and even though the mix-up delayed the pickup date, I at least had more or less exactly what I was looking for, and got a bit of a discount thanks to the delay as well! Overall, very nice and accommodating staff, and probably the best value for customization in Toronto! Call ahead for hours, they close roughly between 5-6, but there is often someone in after-hours.
