We printed two poster board seating charts for our wedding. They were friendly and easy to work with up front, we already had our design all ready and we sent it to them by email. I realized that the first design I sent had a typo so I sent another one a few minutes later and asked them to disregard the first, they confirmed they would be sure to use the second design. When my in laws went to pick up the signs at the agreed upon time they hadn't printed them yet and they waited for 30 minutes while they were printed, and after all that they ended up printed the first version with the typo. read more

Decided to try Mr. Printer out since it's the only rated business of its kind in Etobicoke. A simple request, just print inserts for a Filofax planner that was purchased on Etsy. I was told they could do it but I've been waiting for an estimate for over a week now. I've tried to contact them to get the estimate via email and phone, and I still haven't heard from them. By the way, their voicemail still has the Christmas holiday hours message. I'm giving up on them, I should have listened to the previous review about their unprofessional service. I had used this printer for projects in the recent past, and they seemed to do a good job, so I went to them again recently with another order. I got about 3/4 of the way through a demanding and expensive process on a time-bound project--I was about to pull the trigger on a proof--when they inexplicably cut off all contact. Deadlines missed, money and opportunity lost. Mr. Printer isn't reliable. Use somebody else. read more

I made an order online but, before putting in the order I called the to find out how the process works. It was clearly explained to me on the phone that someone would call me if there was an issue with my file. When the order was ready a few days later and I went to pick it up, the print was extremely pixelated. Manager was not there, the person who was handing me the finished work explained that people were on vacation and that I should have been called. He assured me that the manager would reach out to me, waited a couple of days, when I did not hear back I contacted them. They offered to reprint for a "discounted rate of 40$" which also was higher than the regular price. Terrible experience. I don't know how they are in business for 38 years, with such attitude and poor business practices. read more

Amazing people! Professional, quick and very friendly. Pricing is extremely fair. Very convenient location, there is always parking spot available even in the muddle of the day. I also like that the staff is very good in follow up. They are also very efficient and I found very helpful that they are good in communicating via Emails. Horrible experience. Had a batch of business cards ordered and the sample drafted to me had spelling mistakes (simple words, not my name or anything complicated) and the design of the card was embarrassing. Emailed back and forth regarding the design and after several days of disappointing samples, i wanted to be done with them and move on so i settled and accepted the latest proof since i had to pay upfront before seeing a sample of what they could do for me. The pile of cards are sitting on my desk and i hand them out for raffle entries for free lunches at restaurants and had a new batch of cards created with a different printer. Needless to say, i was not impressed and do not recommend this business. Pros: communication through email was speedy. read more
