I was already engaged with the new company and couldn't unpull that trigger. At this point, I am pretty much forgiving the mistakes and issues. One issue to note is that the 3rd party a guy who is contracted by Global seems to be telling them a story that doesn't fit the scene. The owner at Global told me that his 3rd party guy told him somethings about the seller which I kno weren't true (because I was there). He made it out to be that we (the seller and myself) were upset with him (the third party guy), when infact-at the time, we were pleased with Mr Third party (see initial review by me) and upset at Global for the mistakes and what we sensed was an attitude from their representative over the phone while talking to 3rd party guy. All in all, they did try to rectify the situation so I am increasing the stars from 1 to 3.
