I was a bit worried and nervous, but my instructor John is incredibly patient and never judged me. I quickly gained confidence with his coaching. He is local to the region and he's very familiar with the roads. He picks the roads that suits me, and tells me what to look for. The experience is way better than my previous school in WA. A good instructor is important because it makes me enjoy driving, rather than fearing it. I never had the same anxiety, because I feel safe and never worried about being judged. I'm now ready for buying my own car. Also, big shout outs to the office person answering emails. They are super nice and very responsive. In one lesson I forgot my phone on the instructor's car, and they kindly helped me. They also help accommodate the schedule to the best they can, with timely reminders. I also like that all time slots are on the website that I can decide if it fits before I purchase any package. And that they offer home pickup by default, so I don't have to worry about Uber.
