Recently I moved to Norco and was excited to find out they had a branch nearby in Riverside. I loaded up my CRV glass and plastic and headed towards their yard. When I got there , I found the customary barrels pulled a couple over to my truck and started to unload my glass. Before I got too far along in my unloading, one of the workers came over and said we don't take CRV glass or plastic here. I was shocked. If you take c r v aluminum , you have to take the other materials I always thought. Apparently not so.

Super easy, the guys weighed it out and gave me a receipt and I went to the cashier. Super simple process and really easy. They said THEY DIDN'T HAVE ROOM for my bottles and they expected me to go away! This was the THIRD time the bottle return has been refused. I finally, after complaining loudly, got them to accept the bottles. How outrageous is this? All for TEN DOLLARS! SHAME! The State of California forces you to pay a bottle deposit fee but then, refuses to return the fee if you return the BOTTLE. Just OUTRAGEOUS! I filed a complaint with the state of California. Here is where you can file a complaint with this outrageous "business." https://calrecycle.ca.gov/bevcontainer/complaints/ I took pictures too. And I hope CalRecycling gets them. SHAME on this company. We should all file complaints when they refuse our returns!

The busiest time to go is on the weekend in the morning between 0800-1000 expect to wait , however during the weekday is least busiest and you can be in & out quickly & have $ in hand for a quick cerveza. The recycling rates are not the highest however you can be in out quickly & they don't scrutinize every bottle for water in it.

Searched on Yelp, and came across this place. It is hard to find, being that it is in the back of…read morethe shopping center. Once I found it, I pulled up and was the only customer there, so I knew I would be done quickly. As I got out of my car, I was greeted by TONS of flies, that even hovered all over my car as i went to approach the attendant. Bees and flies were infested bad at this place and i couldn't wait to be done. After I signed the ticket, I asked him where do i get my money, and he said "Right here...unless you want to go somewhere else". I laughed and said "No i dont!" He gave me money right from his pocket, which I wasnt expecting, especially since I didnt see a cash register anywhere. This place is far from my house, so not sure I will be back, but if I had to choose one to go, i may or may not come back here. It's still up in the air.
