I bought a "Deal of the Day" voucher for I Press it back in March of 2012... I was waiting for just the right occasion to use it and before I knew it, the voucher had expired. I emailed the company last Christmas to see if they would honour the expired voucher, and they said they would! So far so good. I didn't find the t-shirt design interface very user friendly; I was able to do some text but not images. I ran out of patience so decided against a graphic and the voucher limited my options anyway. I emailed back and forth with Raheel and he was very helpful and professional. When I tried to reply to his emails though they always bounced back to me and I had to use their on-line form to correspond, that was a bit frustrating. My order was finalised on Jan. 20, 2014 and the shirts arrived Feb. 6, 2014 (17 days). The t-shirts are high quality Gildan brand cotton, I have yet to wash them so I don't know how durable the printing is, but we will see. Two custom shirts for $22 including shipping was a good deal. Their regular on-line prices seem decent, so I might actually try them for a few more shirts. read more

Horribe quality of I Press It t-shirts. I bought one of those Deal Of The Day vouchers. First they screwed up with taxes so I had to confront them. Felt like a tax scam right there! then once I received the black t-shirts it appeared the t-shirts are NOT printed but a they print your design on a piece of paper and then glue it to the t-shirt. Colors are horrible and it looks very stupid. Asked for a refund,but they simply ignored me. Been ordering t-shirt for years and never seen such nonsense! Do NOT order from them! I had several custom t-shirts done here through social coupon deals. While the pricing seemed too good to resist, I quickly regretted it. 1) User interface was buggy. Uploading the design, surprisingly easy. Everything afterward, in order to check out... a horrible headache. It took a REALLY long time. 2) Not WYSIWIG. I'd vectorized it and everything, it looked right on the screen, but when they actually sent it to me, it had the same text but in different fonts. Just bizarre. 3) When the other reviewer said the colours were messed up, they weren't kidding. The colours of some of the shirts were really greenish--not at all what I'd uploaded, and not what other printers--when given the same file--came up with. 4) They SAY on the site that if something goes awry, they'll do "everything in their power" to make it right. I sent them a detailed description of the problems, complete with photos of the errors... and got NO response. Literally zero. The shirts that I got (organic ones) were stiff and are always wrinkly. I suppose I could spring for the AA ones, but I certainly won't do it with a company that's going to screw up the print job. The other reviewer complained about the price. Actually their regular prices are pretty average (though it's hard to compare apples-to-apples... you'll have to pay for shipping... should the list price be cheaper to make up for the fact that they don't need a storefront in a high-traffic commercial location?) In Vancouver, we pay the same list price--about $30 for direct-to-garment on the cheapest cotton shirts available--at places like Make or Cherry Bomb. But they have great service and talk you through it to make sure they get it right. read more

ATTENTION SMALL BUSINESSES!!! I'm a small contractor in home reno's and i got "I Press it" to do me 8 t-shirts. It took less than a week from door to door. I sent my own drawing and logo design from my computer to be printed on the backside of them. I think they work day and night lol! I ordered Gildan brand shirts and paid a few extra dollars for them, I was given a lesser quality fruit of the loom shirts. I told the people in the office that 2 of the shirts were the wrong colour and they kept saying "ash, ash" and the manager said "what do you want me to do about it?" And the first order I made with a gentleman there was just ignored. Their office is a mess and there is barely room to walk or stand....like a hoarders home. Completely unprofessional overall experience. I would NEVER recommend this company or their products or customer service. read more

Like the previous reviewer, I had also used a coupon for IPressit. I have to say, it's not bad, but it's not amazing either. I don't know what the previous reviewer meant about the print looking like it was "glued" on the shirt; I have seen this with DIY iron on tshirt transfers, but this is not the case with IPressit. The print does not simply just sit atop of the fabric like a sticker, it is printed on. The best way to describe it is it's like a stamp. You can barely feel the print when you run your fingers across the material. It won't crack and peel, however it will fade and rub off over time. If you're looking to use IPressit you might want to put these t-shirts in the washing machine using the gentle cycle, especially if it has an agitator. The shirts, in my opinion, do not reflect the costs. It adds up fast, especially if you're looking to use a coloured tee. There is a ten dollar difference between the white t-shirts and coloured tshirts. That seems a little high...The price will also increase depending on the t-shirt brand, and how many designs are used, plus preferred shipping. I was very disappointed when I received my t-shirt, as the material is super thin. It's more like an undershirt, you can see everything right through it. Why would I buy a t-shirt just to buy another t-shirt to wear beneath it? As sad as it is to say, it might have to become a pajama shirt... The stock designs are cliche, and look like free stock images you find online, I wouldn't recommend using them. You also have limited printing space, so you can't be too adventurous with your personal designs. As for colour, there are some issues. When it comes to printing a t-shirt design you want the image to be in high resolution, because it's being printed. You also want to be aware of what colour mode is being used (RGB/CMYK) as this can create large differences between what you see on your computer, and the printed outcome. There are no real guidelines that I could find on the site informing these decisions, other than a slight warning that re-sizing some images may result in pixelation. You don't get a refund if you mess these up. Say your team is the Purple Parrots; it looks purple on your home computer, you order it up and you get some blue looking parrots. The fault is on you, and that sucks. The colours used will also not appear as vibrant as they do on screen. Hot pinks, electric oranges, lime greens, will all come out more subdued. I wish that there were better established guides to help the customer in their printing process so that they have maximum results. Perhaps a colour matching system, or something to that effect. Lastly, I have to say how unimpressed I am that "Raheel" , an apparent company member of IPressit, did a followup on the previous reviewer, not really addressing their concerns as a customer but instead arguing that their complaints are erroneous. He even goes so far as to investigate this person's other reviews claiming that they're just all negative. Not only is that creepy, but it's incredibly unprofessional. Some people are not going to be happy with your business, deal with it. You need to address the customers concerns, and perhaps they might come back again. Arguing with them is just pathetic. Overall, if you're looking to spend nearly fifty bucks for a not so vibrant, paper thin printed t-shirt, this is your place. read more
