I hopped in the car, drove under the Orland arch and found this place as the closest gas station, little mart. Ran in and asked the lady there "beer please!" with a frantic look. "Over there, 10 bucks out the door for a 12 pack" she pointed and replied. I ran over, grabbed the beer ( a 12 of Bud Light!), threw 10 dollars at the counter and raced home. Made it just in time for the kickoff. Friendly cashiers, great deal on beer. This is my favorite market in Orland.

It's such a unique option and perfect for those late-night healthy cravings. Since it was my first visit, I had a few questions about all of the different base and topping options. The gentleman behind the counter was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain the different bases, share some of his personal favorites, and help me put together a bowl that sounded perfect. I ordered the 12 oz medium bowl with a half-and-half base of the Blue Piña Colada and Coconut. I topped it with fresh strawberries, blueberries, and bananas, then added almonds, pumpkin seeds, coconut flakes, and finished it off with peanut butter and Nutella drizzle. Every bite was delicious! The fruit was fresh, the toppings had the perfect crunch, and the combination of the tropical base with the peanut butter and Nutella was surprisingly amazing. The shop itself has such a fun atmosphere with its neon lighting, greenery, and cozy seating areas that make it a great place to sit and enjoy your bowl instead of rushing out the door. Between the delicious food, the inviting ambiance, and the genuinely helpful service, this was a fantastic first experience. I'll definitely be stopping by again the next time I visit Chico!
